In particular, I remember Morgan on his last visit to the farm, when he participated so enthusiastically in all the activities, at the same time being able to sit quietly and thoughtfully discuss his disease, and how he planned to live his life. I remarked at the time how I hoped that when my time comes, and I am staring life in the face, I will be as courageous as Morgan.

Just two weeks ago we sent a whole bunch of DVD Academy screeners for Morgan to look at, some of which he rejected as not being 'his kind of film'. I thought that was great, and indicative of his character. He knew who and what he was, and the terrible challenge he was facing, and he still had the strength of character to not waste his time on anything that was not meaningful to him.

So, bravo to Morgan for living as full a life as he could, under terrible circumstances.
